■About ordering (procedures, precautions, etc.)
In principle, orders can be placed in the cart at the online shop or by direct mail via X (twitter).
When ordering, please be sure to enter a valid email address and phone number.
If you have specified a domain, please set it so that you can receive emails from shop@emission8710.com.
Please follow the instructions on the website to place your order.
Select the color/size combination of the item you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button.
*The item is not in stock when you add it to your cart. Please note that your order will be reserved once your order is completed.
Please select your payment method and delivery address, and follow the steps until your order is complete.
*Once your order is completed, an order confirmation email will be automatically sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive it, there may be a payment error, so please contact us.
The order completion email contains the details of the customer's order and the amount charged, and is necessary for confirming the details of the customer's order and confirming that the product received is the one ordered. Therefore, we recommend that you save the product until you receive it.
We will ship the product within one week, and when the product is shipped, we will send you a "product shipping email" containing the tracking number.
If you do not receive the "Product Shipping Email" after one week has passed, there is a possibility that your order has not been completed. In that case, please contact us.

■About the cart
Product inventory will be depleted once your order is completed.
We do not guarantee that the item you want is in stock at the time you add the item to your cart, so please process your order as soon as possible.
Please note that we cannot guarantee if the product is out of stock before you place your order.

■About sold out
Most of the products sold on this site are sold by sharing inventory with other sales methods. Depending on the timing of your order, the item may be out of stock.
If you order an item that is out of stock, we will cancel your order.

■About business hours

Closed days/Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, holidays
Emails sent outside of business hours or on holidays, or emails sent after 6:00 pm the day before the said holiday will be answered on the next business day. Thank you for your understanding.
