Explanation of charges other than product price

(1) Shipping: Free for orders of 15,000 yen (excluding tax), 1,650 yen for Hokkaido/Okinawa and 1,100 yen for orders under 15,000 yen.Shipping fees, cash on delivery fees, and transfer fees may be charged in addition to the sales price.
(2) Cash on delivery fee: 324 yen for less than 10,000 yen, 432 yen for less than 30,000 yen, 648 yen for less than 100,000 yen, 1,080 yen for less than 300,000 yen
(3) In the case of bank transfer: The transfer fee is to be borne by the customer.

Application expiration date: Within 7 days after placing your order. If payment is not made within 7 days after placing your order, we will assume that you do not intend to purchase the item and your order will be automatically cancelled.

Defective products: Please contact us immediately after receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective.
